As the Firm administrator, Donna supervises the daily administrative functions of Heinold-Banwart. These functions include major purchasing decisions, project scheduling and human resource management. Donna is also involved with the business services department. Prior to coming here in 1998 she spent seven years as controller of a Medicare and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing facility and retirement community.

Donna graduated with honors from Bradley University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She was awarded a certificate as a CPA in 1997. She is a past president of Women in Leadership of Central Illinois and a national board member of the Association of Accounting Administration (AAA). Donna lives with her husband, Joe, in Washington. They have one son. Donna spends her free time with her husband and son, her parents and her four sisters' families.
