Scott provides accounting, tax and advisory services to clients in construction, manufacturing, retail, wholesale distribution, real estate and nonprofit organizations. He is Heinold-Banwart's director of Pension Administration Services, which includes developing, marketing and supervising the delivery of these services. Scott also provides peer review services to other CPA firms. Expertise in pension administration enables him to assist clients in the development and set-up of new plans as well as the maintenance and quality control of established plans.

Scott holds a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation as awarded by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University with a major in accounting and business administration. Prior to joining Heinold-Banwart in 1985, he spent three years with KMG Main Hurdman. He became a shareholder in 1994.

Scott, his wife, Gayle, and their two children reside in Bartonville. He is an active member of Kiwanis and serves his community with active involvement in other community projects and organizations.
