Neil has extensive experience in performing business valuations in a wide variety of industries. He has performed valuations for estate and gift tax planning, sale or acquisition of businesses, litigation support and other purposes. He is a client service shareholder who heads our consulting and business valuation services. He also provides accounting and tax services for a diverse client base and performs peer reviews of other CPA firms across the United States. Neil has frequently provided expert testimony and other advisory services.

Neil came to work for Heinold-Banwart in 1977 after graduating from Bowling Green State University. He became a shareholder here in 1984. He has served on the peer review and business valuation committees of the Illinois CPA Society. Neil and his wife, Leesa, have six children and one granddaughter and reside in Eureka. Neil has been an active volunteer in various community and charitable organizations in Eureka and Woodford County.
